Tours & Activities in Naples

Underneath old Naples, there's a mirror of the city – cavernous and deep, this second city has sheltered and nourished Naples for millennia. Napoli Sotterranea dates back to 470 BC when the Greeks created underground cisterns for rainwater, and the Romans expanded on it with an aqueduct that served for centuries. As you venture lower, you'll be surprised by the 90% humidity. Imagine the intensified heat for the hundreds who sought refuge here as bombs rained down on Naples in the 1940s.

Set off from Pompeii, and journey to Vesuvius, the volcano that sealed the ancient city's fate. Your shared transport will drop you off at the base of the volcano, and your skip-the-line tickets will get you speedy access to the route that leads you to Vesuvius' peak. You'll even be able to peek into the crater that spilt forth the ash that entombed Pompeii and Herculaneum. There's more than just imagining the destructive force of Vesuvius, though. You'll also be greeted with breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples, Capri, Ischia, the edge of the Sorrento coast, and more. Your guide will also fill you in on fascinating anecdotes about the area and its history.

See the best of the Archaeological Museum of Naples in the company of a guide. Make the most of your time with the speedy-entry you'll get with this priority admission ticket. Start the tour at the museum ticket office and let your guide lead the way! Take a closer look at the art and artifacts of Pompeii, and Herculaneum, including Roman items that survived the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. Admire the Farnese collection with ancient statues of Hercules, the two Tyrannicides (slayers of tyrants), the majestic Taurus Farnese group, mighty Greek gods and Roman emperors. Get close to some of the best-preserved frescoes and mosaics, and be inspired by classical art masterpieces, along with artifacts, coins and wall paintings. It's the best way to see one of Naples' best museums!

Authentic Stories from Diners
The food was really delicious! The place is very nice and has a small altar of Maradona also beautiful. The service was correct, a simple and short treatment by the waiters. The value is somewhat high for the area in which it is located, but all in all it is somewhat correct for the quality of the food. I would go again, without a doubt.
We had a New Year Eve dinner here with a special menu. The chef did amazing job and the food was delicious. All ingredients and courses matched well with each other. Definitely worth visiting
Average to say the least, we waited over an hour to get a table, the glasses for our water were hot and wet straight from the dishwasher, the pasta i had was like the one i was served in school in the 80’s, my friends had cannelloni and left half of it, had to wait ages to pay the bill. Not reccommended, i’m Italian and it is my first day in Naples, i am baffled at the great reviews vs the reality of this place. Don’t waste your time. Oh, and a 15% service charge is automatically added to your bill. Service is not good either.
Amazing experience. Everything was great from the food, to the drinks and the service. Bao buns were a great starter and the tiramisu was top tier. Highly recommend if anyone is in the area.
Was recommended this place from a cab driver and it did not disappoint. Great food. Great service. Everything was delicious and the staff was so friendly. We got there a bit early and my mom walks with a cane. When we came back a few minutes later and the place was filling in, the gentleman who I presume is the owner has saved the spot by the door for my mom. Best food I had in Naples. Will visit again next time I am in town
